Subscription Cancellation

  1. Initiating Cancellation

    • You may cancel your subscription to Genbite services at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via info@genbite.com or access your account settings where you can proceed with the cancellation.
    • Upon processing your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Please ensure that you complete the required steps as outlined to finalize the cancellation.
  2. Effect of Cancellation

    • After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Genbite services until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No further charges will be billed, and your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally issued only in the following circumstances:
      • Billing errors made by Genbite.
      • Service outages that significantly impact your use of our platform, beyond the scope of our SLA (Service Level Agreement).
      • Cancellation within a trial period specified at the time of purchase, if applicable.
  2. Requesting a Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account details, subscription plan, and a detailed reason for the request.
    • Requests must be made within 5 days of the transaction from which you seek a refund.
  3. Processing of Refund

    • Upon receiving a refund request, Genbite will review the claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Non-refundable Services

  • Certain types of services may be explicitly marked as non-refundable. These include:
    • Custom services or products tailored specifically for your business.
    • Fees for consulting or advisory services.
    • Renewal fees (refunds requested after the renewal date).
