Subscription Cancellation

Effect of Cancellation
- After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Genbite services until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be billed, and your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally issued only in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors made by Genbite.
- Service outages that significantly impact your use of our platform, beyond the scope of our SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Cancellation within a trial period specified at the time of purchase, if applicable.

Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account details, subscription plan, and a detailed reason for the request.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
